Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00am, Friday, October 17, 2025 at Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett St., 6th floor, Raleigh, NC 27601; Bids opening will be held at 3rd Floor Room #305, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the Green Road Park Site Improvements project.

After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Green Road Park Community Center, 4201 Green Road, Raleigh, NC 27604.

The Project consists generally of the following major items:

The City of Raleigh intends to improve Green Road Park. Improvements include a new play area, six pickleball courts, two sand volleyball courts, shade structure, utility connections to future prefabricated restroom structure, asphalt and concrete walking paths, green stormwater infrastructure, landscaping and drainage improvements.
